20 Minute EMOM

Min 1 = 15/20 Lat Sit Ups (20/14)

Min 2 = 50 Double Unders or Single Unders

Min 3 =  8/12 Burpees

Min 4 = 8 Back Squats (135/95)(185/125)

So…this one looks pretty basic on paper.  But lets consider the total volume here.  75/100 Lat sit ups, 250 DU, 40/60 Burpees and 40 back squats =405/450 reps.  So….we need to be moving at a pace where we are doing one rep about every 3 seconds at Rx and one rep every 2.5 seconds at RX+!!!  Not a lot of time for rest breaks today.  Your mindset needs to be that of keeping a steady level of intensity for each of the movements.  Breathe where you can get ready to mentally grind it out.
