For the first part of todays wod, we are throwing you a bit of a twist on the classic Fran wod.  Same total reps, but a different rep scheme.  This one will require a little different approach and more strategy on where it makes sense to break the reps.  We are still looking for a sustained effort here and you may get a little recovery as you change your weight for the next part.  As far as your weight choice, you need to be thinking about a weight you COULD do 15-25 unbroken IF you were fresh and didn’t have more work to do after the set of 25.

For the heavier weight, consider breaking the set of 15 into 2 or 3 sets.  We always want to be moving downhill so maybe 6-5-4 for the 15 and possibly 6-4 for the 10.  Shoot to do the 5 at the end unbroken.  Weight here should be on the moderate side for you if fresh as its going to feel a bit heavier under fatigue.
