Min 3 = 15 Ab Mat Sit Ups
Min 4 = 6 Shuttle Runs
Some repeat/similar movements from the week. We want to get you back on the bike to flush the lactic acid out of the legs and get you on your way to recovery so your body is ready to push things on Friday. Sprint efforts on the bike aren’t necessary for these. If you are on a movement any longer than 30-40 seconds, adjust your reps/cal accordingly.
Today is all about just moving with built in rest into each minute of the EMOM.
