For today, you will be rewarded for pushing the pace by earning extra rest!  The idea behind these two 10 minute wods is to sprint them which is why the reps schemes are going down.  Your set up should be efficient on the row and box wod so you can get right off the row and onto the box.  Your DB wod will be just a matter of setting one down for the C&J and then picking it back up again for the squats.  Fast transitions and very little rest breaks.
