8 Power Cleans (70% of your 1 Rep Max)
For today, the weight you use for your power cleans should be 70% of your 1 Rep max. If you don’t know your 1 Rep, talk to your Coach about what weight to use. As a rule, if you completed the 3 rep max last week, you can probably add about 5-8% to that number to come close to a 1 rep max number for today. What we are looking for today is some touch and go reps for the power cleans before going to singles.
