We are going to slow things down a bit today.  After two days of sprint type WODS, we are looking to get into the aerobic threshold today.  Sustained pace today is what we are looking for.  25 minutes is a long time!  No need to get out hot today.  Instead, focus on a pace that you can hold from round to round with the goal of emptying the tank in the last 90 seconds.
