For today, if you aren’t quite up to the volume of the HSPU, consider doing 8 HSPU and 7 push ups.  Same would apply to the Strict HSPU option.  The OHS weight should be on the moderate side.  Something you can do the 8 reps unbroken each round but will challenge you a bit.  Keep in mind, as the rounds go on, the OHS is going to FEEL heavier than the weight on the bar.
