For today, the RX option is 10 reps of the Burpee to Med Ball to Med Ball Clean to Wall Ball.  RX+ is 15 Reps.

For the burpee wall ball portion of the WOD, you will perform a burpee to the med ball.  While standing up, you will pick the med ball up and do a med ball clean passing through the squat and then throwing the ball to your target on the wall.
