For today, we have basically 3 WODS within one.  For the first set, we are looking at a row pace at somewhere close to your 1000M row pace.  Keeping in mind, you’re going right into a squat movement where we want a weight you COULD do 21 unbroken if fresh.  This will be the weight you use for the remainder of the barbell movements.

As you look through this WOD, it should be pretty clear what this one is going to feel like.  The addition of the T2B at the end of each set is going to really push the threshold of the midline and hips which are also being worked through row, bike AND barbell movements.

For the bike…don’t be afraid to push a little here as there is a little break for the legs on the SDHP.
