ANNOUNCEMENT: Do you know anyone over the age of 60 that is looking for a great way to be more active? Or maybe to just increase flexibility, build stronger muscles, and be more “functional” in life? We are looking to start a “970Masters” group and we need your help to get the word out. Classes are set to start Monday November 30th at 9:45am and will be Coached by LaRae Sehr-Physical Therapist. This is really a unique opportunity to work with a Physical Therapist with the knowledge of safe and effective movements geared to the more “life experienced” athletes.
