Lots going on with this fun chipper to end the week! As with any day, be on time for your class or you’re not going to get in a meaningful warm up for this one.
YES these are SQUAT cleans. And we are looking to be able to get through them fairly quickly (sub 3 min). Singles are fine if you can cycle them with little rest between.
For the muscle ups, ring or bar. Your choice.
For the rest of this one, PACE PACE PACE….and push the burpees and OH lunge if you have anything left in the tank.
