For today, lets keep in mind that 10 minutes is not an eternity to get through as much of this as you can.  You will need to be consistent with your pace on the first weight which you might want to break into 2 sets to save grip and control your heart rate.  The first round is a little less than the WOD Randy.  So think about how you approach that WOD if you have done it in the past.  The second 30 reps is where this one starts to get real.  Essentially, it’s Isabel for the men but slightly lighter than Isabel weight for the women.  If you can cycle this weight, do so.  If not, think fast singles as you want to give yourself some time at the third weight.

If you can do the RX weight for the first two rounds, then this is the best choice for you today.  The 165/100 may be heavy for you or even more than you have ever done, but this is an Open WOD, so shoot for a PR!!!
