12 Alt DB Snatch (50/35)

15 Box Up & Over (24”/20”)

Max Rep Wall Ball In Remainder (20/14)(10’/9’)

For today, you’re going to need to really move through the burpees, snatch and box jumps so you have ample time to accumulate reps of wall ball at the end.  The goal for today is to do the best you can to keep your wall ball reps at about the same number from round to round.  Empty the tank on the last round of wall balls.
