For today, you’re gonna have to hustle to give yourself some time on the barbell.  These are essentially all out efforts in the 3 minute time window.   Ideally, the bike should be no more than 45 seconds.  The burpees and lunges should be about 1:30-1:40.  So…not a ton of time to accumulate reps of front squats if you are within these time frames.  Pushing each movement a bit will get you 3-5 more reps per round.
