Complete For Time:

60 Alternating DB Lunges (50/35)

21 Push Ups/HSPU

40 Alternating DB Lunge

15 Push Ups/HSPU

20 Alternating DB Lunge

9 Push Ups/HSPU

For the DB Lunges, you can place the single dumbbell wherever you would like.  Goblet. On your shoulder.  Suit case hold.  Experiment with it during warm up to get a feel for what is best for you.

For the HSPU, if you would like to do them but the 45 total is a bit much, consider 15-9-6 for the reps scheme.  Main emphasis would be to do some HSPU work in a WOD.
