(12/10)(14/12) Cal C2 Bike/100 Meter Assault Run

10 Double DB Squats (50/35)

For the C2/Assault portion of this, you will be in groups of 4.  2 people will do the C2 bike and 2 will do the Assault runner in the first round of the EMOM.  You will alternate for each round of the EMOM.  So you will bike twice and run twice.
