Today we want to work on our barbell cycling with a heavy load.  The weight you pick should be on the heavy side.  We are looking to do quick singles if linking them isn’t efficient for you.  Push yourself on the heavy thrusters and see if you can do these unbroken.  Rest breaks should allow for an almost full recovery before moving to the next barbell movement.
