150 Wall Balls
on the top of each minute perform 5/3 T2B
This workout will start with 3 toe to bar as the RX option or 5 toe to bar as the RX+ option. After the toe to bar reps are completed, at the top of each minute you then perform as many wall ball reps as you can in the remaining time during that minute. Repeat this each minute until the 150 wall balls are complete. The scaling option for toe to bar will be knees to elbows or knees to chest.
