13 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

15 Pull Ups

17 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)

19 Hand Release Push Ups

This is your “last chance” workout before the big Thanksgiving Day feast so we are looking to grind it out for 20 minutes today.  Do your best to break these movements up into sets that will allow for short rest breaks vs the long 15-20+ second breaks.  For your hang power clean weight, use a weight that you can keep this to two sets.
