For today, the hang power snatch weight should be on the lighter side for you. Ideally, we are looking at a weight that you can cycle the first round unbroken. These are going to get tougher as the rounds go because of the impact of the T2B. Just make sure the weight is something that you won’t have to break into more than 2 sets.
For the T2B, break these when you WANT to, not when you fail. Like push ups, T2B are tough to get back right away once you begin to fail reps.
