For your clean weight, this needs to be a weight you COULD do touch and go reps with for 4 reps.  We are looking at a moderate to heavy load for these SQUAT cleans.  This is one of those that is going to get more difficult as the rounds continue and as the row and bike have a greater impact on recovery time.  There should be some built in rest for each minute (20-30 seconds).
