For today, this is twist on the classic named wod, Nancy (5 Rounds, 400 Meter Run, 15 OHS).  Our version for today is an interval style, sprint effort vs a paced 5 Rounds for time.  Usually we say to be conservative on the row pacing, but today we are looking at a higher output on the row.  OHS weight should be rather light for you so if the RX weight is a little much, scale it down to a weight you can cycle 15 reps unbroken.
