For today, these are 4 minute SETS. So after your 16th rep of the db cleans, whatever time is left in the 4 minutes is your rest. These are SQUAT CLEANS that will start from the hang position. You have to alternate arms for each rep.
This one is likely going to creep up on you in terms of the fatigue on your legs. Remember that before you go ham on the first bike.
