At each ”-“ and AFTER THE ROUND OF 10, you will do 15 OHS (95/65)
To add just a little bit of a twist to the classic CrossFit girl WOD, Annie, we have tossed in a few OHS. For the OHS weight, it should be a weight you can do 15+ unbroken.
If you are doing single Unders, it will be 2x. You CAN anchor your feet for the sit ups.
