150 Back Squats (45/35)(75/55)(95/65)

Every TWO minutes:

15 Sit Ups OR 10 T2B

This one will start with either 15 sit-ups or 10 T2B.  For our back squats, the weight is light, so…we will be looking for depth and FULL lock out at the top.  For the weight, this one is really up to you to choose your own adventure.  All of the weights are fairly light but will produce some pretty serious lactic acid buildup in the legs.  So….go light and go fast…or go lighter and go even faster!

Every two minutes you will do either 15 sit ups for 10 Toes to Bar.

AT HOME OPTION:

150 DB or KB back squats.

Every 2 Minutes, 15 sit ups.

If you are using a db, you can place it behind your neck for the back squats.  If you are using a kb, use two hands to hold it behind your head on your upper back.
