For today, this workout will start with 10 Sit Ups and then you can start your barbell movements.  Our intent today is to work on efficiency with the barbell.  This is a WOD where transitions need to be fast and rest breaks are at a minimum.  You will have about 1:30 of work between your sit up breaks and a 14 minute time cap to keep in mind.
