30 Minute EMOM

Min 1 = (12/10)15/12) Cal Ski Erg

Min 2 = 1o Back Squat (95/65)(135/95) + 8 Bar Facing Burpee

Min 3 = Rest

Min 4 = (15/12)(20/17) Cal Row

Min 5 = 10 Bench Press (pick weight) + 3/5/8 Strict Pull Ups

Min 6 = Rest

For today, you are going to need to hustle in minutes 2 and 5 of the EMOM.  For the bench press weight, pick a weight you can do 10 unbroken reps but that is not too light.  We would suggest maybe 75/55  95/65 or 135/95.  For those with bigger 1 rep max bench, don’t be afraid to a little heavier.
