For your deadlift weight, we are looking for a weight that is on the moderate side for you. Thinking something you could cycle 15+ times unbroken if fresh. The high rep deadlift in the first couple of rounds might be something you look to break into 3 sets (maybe 12-10-8 for the 30 and 9-6-5 for the 20) with short rest breaks. Look to do the last set of 10 unbroken if possible. Similar thinking for the work on the rig, but thinking two sets here vs three with the last round unbroken.
