MONDAY-WEDNESDAY = ALL CLASS TIMES

THURSDAY= 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am, 11am, Noon.  THERE WILL BE NO AFTERNOON CLASSES

FRIDAY= CLOSED

WE WILL BE DOING OUR 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS WOD ON WEDNESDAY.

This is the first time we have done an interval where we start and end with a row.  The row and T2B is a tough combo on the midline and hip flexors.  A good pace on the first row is important especially if the T2B is an area you struggle.  Be intentional with your row to allow yourself time to complete your T2B reps and get back on the rower for a max effort row.
