Couple big things for today:  1). Squat depth & full extension at the top.  2). Push Up position with a flat back, chest touches the floor, arms extend at the top.  Do not sacrifice quality movement patterns for speed.  You CAN do BOTH.

For the push ups, we can look to do some mods here.  Knee push ups, push ups to a box, or banded push ups (preferred).

For the strict pull ups, band as necessary to assist you in getting your chin over the bar.
