For today, your power snatch weight should be something you could do 12-15 unbroken if fresh, and need to be thinking no more than 2-3 sets for the 21. We are not looking for singles today as we want to emphasize touch and go reps. Strict pull ups can be subbed for rope climbs as a 2 to 1 and you can band as necessary for them. We really want you to try the rope climbs though. Even if just in warm up. You always have the option of splitting the reps between rope climbs and pull ups. (maybe two rope climbs and then 6 strict pull ups for the round of 5 rope climbs).
