For today, your power snatch weight should be challenging but NOT heavy.  Thinking these will all be singles, but fast singles with little rest between reps.

As far as time per movement, this is what we are thinking:  1:30ish for snatches, :30-:45 for the DU with the remainder of the time for the row.   With the 4 Minutes of rest between, the goal is to hold times from round to round.
