Ring Dips

These thrusters should be done in two sets max, so pick a weight that will allow you to do that.  Band up as necessary for the ring dips.  If you can, do your ring dips on the high rings and muscle up to them or use a box to jump up to them.  Stay steady with you pace on the bar facing burpees.
