We started CrossFit 970 because we love fitness and, even more than that, we love helping people achieve optimal health. We are committed to assisting in your fitness journey, and work tirelessly to help you achieve your goals.

Experienced

With more than a decade of experience in practicing and instructing the CrossFit methodology, we are leading CrossFit experts in Northern Colorado.  We continue to learn and increase our expertise every day, as evidenced by numerous continuing education classes and the number of coaches on staff with their Level 2 training and Level 3 certifications.
